1. WHAT IS OUR MISSION ?
Since the year of 2010 , one of the founder of DOMIL realized a problem , he found the nearby girls quickly got married after graduation from the college ,however she totally understand those girls are really smart ,brave ,and hardworking , however after quiting the job from the company ,they mostly stay at home for taking care of the kids ,husband and family ,and won't come back to work again .
He realized that is a big lose for the whole society , companies and themselves . is there anyway to find a solution to help them to do something ?! such as doing something while taking care of the family . playing the roles like MOM , WIFE , BOSS ,etc.
then she decided to setup a company ,and the MISSION is "to start & grow your business from here ". generally working for womens.
2.WHAT IS DOMIL ?
DOMIL is a creating word. "D" for developing a new concept . " O" for organzation before mass production . "M" is short for " manufacture " , "I" is short for inspection . " L " is short for logistics . so that is DOMIL . that is the reason why we have our company name DOMIL ,and our first site on alibaba ,that is domil.en.alibaba.com . so far it has been over 10 years .
3.TARGET MARKET & CLIENTS ?
SInce we take the mission to work , of course we work for womens ,so obviously , our target client is overseas womens , also we
take the blanks boutique as the main products , since they are all love them ,and use them daily for their own ,kids ,pets
family members etc. so far we just have one product for men ,that is the "men's shaving bag " , since every year it has the fathers' day
we do that one as the gift for "DADS".
so far we still take on line( ebay ,amazon , jane , zulily , ebay,and own sites ) & off line ( some stores ) as our main services clients .
so that is the reason why we have "WIDE RANGE OF PRODUCTS ."
4. INTERNATIONAL TEAM
After developing for years , the exactly date so far is 11 years , in the past 11 years ,we just do one thing to help the women to start
& grow the business from here . since we are very young ,we also made a lot of problems or mistakes . however our women are continously support , so far we have served more than 6000 clients ,that is the reason why we should have to use the ERP systerm
to manage the orders and the clients .also ,we need a lot of people to do so ,and so that we can do it much more prefessional .
so far we have three offices , one in from SHENZHEN CHINA . and then from HAIPHONG .VIETNAM ,and right now HEFEI ,CHINA .

5. HOW WE WORK ?
At the very begining ,we choose to make bags , of course manufacture them directly . although they are not big factory at all ,however nobody knows or even want to know this company has a big dream or big mission . and quickly we have more items beyond bags , however most of our products are monogramable , since we totally understand it could help our women to creat addtional value . to make their business much more profitable . since we manufacture by ourself for the bags , also we directly source from the factories
also with the addtional monogramable function , that is the reason why we can make our women's business " HIGH PROFITABILITY ".
6. HOW WE MANAGE INFORMATION ?
when we have more and more orders ,and more and more clients information to manage , we realized a problem , if we just deponds on the excel sheet , that is no way to manage the orders anymore . if we made the mistakes for the orders ,then if there anyway to help them grow their busienss ?! so we spends a lot of meney to develop our own ERP systerm to manage all the information
and the orders . we name it "PHONIX " ,In China , it means passion , pretty etc good femal animal . like our womens .
after having the PHONIX ERP syeterm ,then everything become very easy , we can do "INSTANT ACCESS TO PRODUCTS " & everything become quite easy ,so we say " EASY OPERATION ". and if we want to know the certain kinds of data ,we can do them quit easy to " DOWNLOAD PRODUCT DATA ".
